What should be the milestones for the actual quarter?
- For each objective ask yourself: with this Objective and the Key Results for the year defined, what are the 2-3 milestones I need to meet to feel comfortable meeting my objective for the year?
E.g. an outcome of an activity or a concrete deliverable.
- Be specific and sharp –use numbers if at all relevant/possible.
- Be both ambitious AND realistic.
- The status columns are for follow-up –Disregard these as you build your Game Plan.
