- This is not a list of everything that can go wrong. This is a list of the 2-5 Critical Factors that really have to be fixed/improved/started for you to be able to deliver on your objectives.
- It is typically something about resources, competencies, or cross-organizational dependencies.
- It must be something that you have "some influence on" (otherwise it is just being our list of excuses).
- If you write anything about cross organizational dependency then write the name of the colleague, on who you are dependent On.
