To complete the status reporting in Game Plans you can use colours or numbers - or both.
Colour indication: A subjective evaluation on whether or not the project/activity is on track:
RED: Far behind plan – great risk
YELLOW: Behind plan – no major risk
GREEN: On track /ahead of plan – low risk
Number indication: Numerical indication on progress e.g. 50% done.
