Create CSF

Create Critical Success Factor (CSF)

1. Select Strategies in the left-hand menu
   
   
2. Select the strategy (e.g. "Marketing Strategy") where you want to create the new CSF
   
   
3. In the right-hand side: Select the option button the place or context where you want to create the new CSF. This is often a Pillar - which will be the parent of the CSF.
   
   
   
   
4. Select New CSF - and the New CSF dialog opens.
   
   
   
   
5. Write the name of the CSF
   
   
6. A CSF is normally linked to your Root orgunit . But it may be linked to another orgunit.
   
   
7. An optional description of the CSF.
   
   
8. Finally: save the new CSF.
