The possible structure of the strategic hierarchy is dependent of the selected strategic framework that is governing the strategy. This is based on PCF.
The figure below show the strategy "Fast Forward", and a hierarchy containing 4 Pillars, each with 3, 1, 1 and 2 Critical Success Factors (CSF).
To view the sub-hierarchy (the CSF's): Click the arrow to the left of the Pillar. The last pillar: "Unique Customer Exerience" show 2 CSF's when expanded:
- Functional service center and help desk
- State of the art interface and security
We can now create the strategic hierarchy based on the Pillar and Critical Success Factor (PCF) framework.
First, you add a pillar (Create pillar)
Once you have created your pillars, you can then click on each pillar and create your critical success factors. (create a CSF)
Once you have created all your critical success factors, you create the different strategic initiatives that belongs to each success factor. (create Initiative)
These are the different action that would need to complete in order to deliver the strategy.
